Corn-Mushroom Bake

Ingredients
- – 1/4 C all-purpose flour
- – 1 17-oz. can cream-style corn
- – 1 3-oz package cream cheese cut in cubes
- – 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- – 1 17-oz. can whole kernel corn drained
- – 1/2 C shredded swiss cheese
- – 1 4-oz can sliced mushrooms drained
- – 1 and 1/2 C soft bread crumbs
- – 3 tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- In saucepan stir flour into cream-style corn. Add cream cheese and onion salt, heat and stir ’til cream cheese melts. Stir in whole
- kernel corn, sliced mushrooms, and shredded swiss cheese.
- Turn mixture into a 1 1/2-qrt casserole. Toss crumbs with melted butter to combine. Sprinkle crumbs atop casserole. Bake
- uncovered at 400F until heated through, 30 – 40 minutes.
This casserole is delicious. It’s basically love you can eat.
